TW is a a DROP OFF site for Food & Supplies for the HOOSIER HILLS FOOD BANK
M-T-W-TH from 3:30-6:00 and Sat. from 9:30-12:30 for the duration of the government shutdown
Items Needed:
- Canned Goods = fruits (packed in juice), vegetables, apple sauce
- Protein = dried beans, canned meats, peanut butter, nuts
- Whole Grains = rice, oats, pasta, crackers
- Hygiene & Personal Products = baby needs, shampoo, tooth paste, pads/tampons, deodorant, cleaners, laundry needs
- Other = soup, spices, water
*Try to avoid high sodium, added sugars, and products made with white flour.
Pork Burger Cookout Fundraiser
Pick up lunch, dinner, or a snack at the Pork Burger Cookout, Friday, August 22, 10am-6pm in the Babbs Supermarket parking lot in Spencer.
Steve Withem will fire up his cooker, Baby, and sells pork burgers to benefit TW. Thanks, Steve, for helping to spread the word about TW's good works to benefit local classrooms, including those in Owen County, while helping us stock our shelves.

- Monday-Thursday, 3:30-6:00pm
- Saturday, 9:30am-12:30pm
About Teachers Warehouse
Teachers Warehouse serves the educational and creative needs of children by obtaining donated supplies and equipment from businesses and individuals and distributing them free to teachers for use in schools operating under the authority of publicly-elected school boards in Brown, Greene, Lawrence, Monroe, and Owen counties, plus the Metropolitan School District of Martinsville.
Teachers Warehouse was founded by the Rotary Club of Bloomington in 2004.
We are also supported by Bloomington North Rotary, Bloomington Sunrise Rotary, Bedford Rotary, Brown County Rotary, Bloomfield Rotary, Martinsville Rotary, Spencer-Owen Retired Teachers, and Greene County Retired Teachers.
